Mature Age Students
Mature age students are often returning to study in order to enhance their existing knowledge through further study or to change their career path. A mature age student is an individual entering tertiary education from a non-VCE background.
The decision to return to study is often complex. Below you will find information to help you select the most suitable learning path:
- Undergraduate Degrees
Suitable for individuals who have at least one of the following:
- VCE or equivalent
- recognised tertiary qualification
- relevant work experience in ICT
- Postgraduate Degrees Suitable for individuals who have at least one of the following:
- recognised tertiary qualification
- significant work experience in an ICT or ICT-related role
- Professional Certificates in ICT Suitable for individuals who have at least one of the following:
- recognised tertiary qualification
- significant work experience in an ICT or ICT-related role
- TAFE to University Pathways Entry into a bachelor degree upon completion of a diploma or advanced diploma. Suitable for individuals who have at least one of the following:
- VCE or equivalent
- relevant work experience in ICT
